Applicable Legislation
Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law, Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, Regulation of Law No. 29733 and Information Security Directive, approved by Directorial Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS/DGPDP and any other that hereinafter modifies or replaces such regulations.
Objective
THE COMPANY guarantees the confidentiality, security and proper use of the personal data provided by our customers, users and collaborators, and to this end, we adopt the technical, legal and organizational measures in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
The personal data that our clients, users and collaborators have provided to THE COMPANY are used with the purpose of developing the commercial and/or service relationship with THE COMPANY, comply with legal obligations, elaborate statistical, security and/or historical information, and for the purposes of sending commercial communications, marketing of products and services of THE COMPANY and/or other companies of the Intercorp Group and its strategic partners, among which are those disseminated in the portal of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (www.smv.gob.pe) as well as in the portal www.intercorp.com.pe/es.

Clients, users and collaborators may at any time exercise their rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law in force and its regulations. To do so, they may complete the application form below and send it scanned to the following e-mail address: missionaricuzco@gmail.com or submit it at any of the customer service centers of our shopping centers.

What are ARCO Rights?
Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations, have granted the holders of personal data the rights of information, access, cancellation and opposition, in relation to the processing of their personal data.

1. Send your duly completed application as an attachment to the following e-mail address: missionaricuzco@gmail.com
2. Attach a copy of your identity document.
3. In case of representation of the right holder, attach a power of attorney with legalized signature and the holder's ID card.
4. Attach the documents that support your request.
In case of sending the request by e-mail, the system will send you an automatic response of receipt and you will receive an answer within the legal term.
