This past Sunday, at the house of the Missionary Sister Servants of the Poor in Cusco, a spiritual retreat was held for alumnae of the Saint Teresa de Jesus Home. The young women participated in various activities that included times for reflection, group exercises, and prayer sessions aimed at rekindling their spirituality and inspiring them to be the light and salt of the earth.

The retreat's purpose was to strengthen their faith and motivate them to put into practice the values ​​they had learned, carrying the message of Christ to their families, workplaces, and professional lives, thus becoming agents and missionaries of holiness, a humble and quiet holiness, like the one taught by our founder, Father Giovanni Salerno, who reminded us: “We must have a desire for holiness… The Lord can do all things, but He wants to use us to perform His miracles, to multiply the loaves.”

Walking alongside Him, living in His presence, and striving for holiness is the path to multiplying the loaves in our daily lives.
